Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include working as Project Manager for Symprio owning business and system analysis and managing customer relationship overall for all of Symprio’s ecosystem, with the ultimate goal of delivering value for our client.
The Deliverables shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
For features listed in Contracts, Risk Management (including Privacy), and CWx Roadmaps:
- Problem statement and solution option comparison
- Requirements documents with disposition
- Project schedule
- Risks, issues, open items tracked as tasks
- Test plan and results
- Go live approval from key decision makers
- Product roadmap preparation for compliance functional areas
- Integration to various applications including Oracle Fusion Apps and other customer Applications
- Problem statement and solution option comparison
- Business Requirements documents with analysis, configuration
- Technical solution documentation
- Production support management
- Data extracts, data pipeline
- Performance tuning
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects
- 3+ years of IT experience in software management, preferably in the software industry
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
